XRM inc. (hereinafter "XRM" or "the Company"), with offices in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, is the controller of your personal data in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and other applicable regulations.

Through the contact form on our website, we collect the following personal data:

  • Company name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Description of your transport or logistics need

XRM does not collect sensitive personal data (such as ethnic origin, health status, religious beliefs, union membership, or sexual preferences).

3. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data will be used for the following primary purposes (necessary to fulfill the commercial relationship):

  • Responding to your quote requests and commercial inquiries
  • Contacting you to present transport and logistics service proposals
  • Following up on active or potential commercial relationships

Secondary purposes (you may opt out at any time):

  • Sending information about our services, news, or logistics market updates

4. Data Transfers

XRM does not transfer personal data to third parties, except as required by the LFPDPPP or when strictly necessary to provide the contracted service (for example, sharing shipment information with the assigned carrier).

Additionally, the use of measurement tools such as Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and Google reCAPTCHA involves the automatic transmission of browsing data (such as IP address and on-site behavior) to Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc., as described in Section 6.

5. Your Rights (ARCO)

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, and Object (ARCO rights) to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, send your request to contacto@xrminc.com including:

  • Your full name and registered email address
  • A clear description of the right you wish to exercise
  • A copy of a government-issued ID (to verify your identity)

XRM will respond to your request within a maximum of 20 business days from receipt.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses Google Tag Manager to manage the following measurement and security technologies:

  • Google Analytics 4: to measure traffic and visitor behavior on the site. Data is processed by Google LLC in accordance with their privacy policy.
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook): to measure the performance of advertising campaigns on Meta platforms. Data is processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. in accordance with their privacy policy.
  • Google reCAPTCHA v3: to protect our forms against automated use (bots). Data is processed by Google LLC.

These tools may automatically collect browsing data such as IP address, pages visited, and actions taken on the site, which may be processed on servers outside Mexico. By using our site, you agree to the use of these technologies as described here.

If you wish to limit tracking, you can configure your browser to block third-party cookies or use privacy extensions. Please note that this may affect site functionality.

XRM implements administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access, or processing.
