1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website www.xrminc.com (hereinafter "the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by XRM inc., a company based in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico (hereinafter "XRM" or "the Company").

2. Description of Services

XRM inc. is a freight broker and logistics consultant specializing in land transport in Mexico. The Site is intended to:

  • Provide information about the services offered by XRM inc.
  • Allow companies and individuals to request transport quotes
  • Facilitate contact between potential clients and the XRM team

The actual provision of transport and logistics services is governed by separate contracts or agreements between XRM and the client.

3. Permitted Use

Users agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following are expressly prohibited:

  • Using the Site in a way that causes damage, disruption, or interference with its operation
  • Transmitting false, defamatory, illegal, or third-party rights-infringing content
  • Attempting unauthorized access to systems, servers, or databases related to the Site
  • Using bots, scrapers, or other automated means to extract content from the Site
  • Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting Site content without XRM's express written authorization

4. Quotes and Proposals

Quotes requested through the Site are preliminary estimates subject to confirmation by the XRM team. They do not constitute a contractual commitment until both parties agree in writing.

XRM reserves the right to accept or decline any service request.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, videos, graphic design, and source code — is the property of XRM inc. or its content providers, and is protected by Mexican and international intellectual property laws.

Reproduction of Site content, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization from XRM is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

XRM makes every effort to keep the Site up to date and available, but does not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted availability of the Site
  • The accuracy or completeness of published information
  • That the Site is free from errors or security vulnerabilities

In no event shall XRM be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. XRM has no control over the content of such sites and assumes no responsibility for their availability, content, or privacy practices.

8. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Notice, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.

XRM reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or fulfillment of these terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
